The petitioner is an approved Assistant Teacher in the subject Sanskrit (H/PG) at Anandanagore Ramanath High School (H.S.), Singur, District - Hooghly.

The petitioner is praying general transfer on the ground that he is suffering from spondylosis and he has to look after his old father but the school since is 80 kilometers away from residence he is unable to take care of his old father.

The aforesaid grounds are not convincing to entertain the prayer of the petitioner for general transfer.

W.P.A. 15415 of 2023 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.
