We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. He had struck the blow which resulted in death of the victim. He does not stand on the same footing with coaccused who have been granted bail. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
