1. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for expeditious disposal of Complaint Case No. 174 of dated 16.10.2012 under Sections 406/419/420/501/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur,
2. In terms of nature of the prayer, I find no reason to direct the petitioner to serve notice upon the opposite parties.
3. Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur is requested to dispose of the complaint Case No. 172 of 2012 dated 16.10.2012 under Sections 406/419/420/501/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur as expeditiously as possible.
4. With the aforesaid observation the revisional application stand disposed.
5. Connected application, if there be any, also stands
disposed of.
6. All parties to this revisional application shall act on the server copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
8. Department is directed to communicate of this order to the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Durgapur.
