The petitioner applied for bail in CRM 8678 of 2016 which was rejected by an order dated October 24, 2016. The petitioner, however, states in the present petition that prior to filing of the present application, no application for bail was filed before this Hon'ble Court. Such statement is false and fasle to the knowledge of the petitioner.

In view of such false statement being made, we dismiss the present petition with costs assessed at Rs. 20,000/- to be paid by the petitioner prior to any application for bail being moved before any court.

The cost is to be deposited with the West Bengal State Legal Services Authorities, Kolkata.

CRM 6665 of 2021 is dismissed.
