1. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the order of the Tribunal is required to be interfered with in as much as even though it has directed the respondent no.

to consider the petitioner's representation, findings have been recorded on his entitlement.

2. The learned advocate for the respondents submits that from the facts apparent from the records of the Tribunal, the petitioner would not be entitled to any benefit whatsoever.

3. Since the learned advocate for the petitioner confines his relief to consideration of his representation, we do not find any occasion to comment on the rival submissions and to record any findings which would prejudice consideration of his representation dated 14.08.2024 in accordance with law.

4. To facilitate such consideration we set aside the order dated 25.03.2025 passed in O.A. 557 of 2024 by the West Bengal Administrative Tribunal.

5. The writ petition is disposed of.
