Offences are Magistrate triable and opposite party no.2 voluntarily appeared and prayed for bail.

Hence, he was released on bail in April, 2017. There is no allegation that he had misused liberty.

Under such circumstances and that too after a passage of over six years, we are not inclined to cancel the bail granted to the opposite party No.2.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
