We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a married person. He suppressed his marital status and cohabited with the victim. His bail prayer was rejected earlier on merits. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
