1. The present revision has been preferred against a judgment and order dated 15.09.2021 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Kalyani, Nadia in Misc Case No.93 of 2021.

2. By such judgment and order, the learned Magistrate was pleased to refuse the interim maintenance to the petitioner/wife therein.

3. Learned Counsel for the private opposite party is present.

4. There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner since listing.

5. Learned Counsel for the private opposite party has placed a copy of the order dated November 2, 2022 passed by the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Court, Kalyani, Nadia in Misc Case No.93 of 2021 wherein the learned Magistrate was pleased to dismiss the Misc Case.

6. Though the revision had been preferred against an interim order, the Misc Case has been now finally disposed of.

7. Accordingly, the present criminal revision has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.

8. All applications connected thereto stand disposed of.

9. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

10. Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned Trial Court for compliance.

11. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible, in compliance of usual formalities.
