Hooghly in connection with C.R. Motion case no.207 of 2019 arising against order dated 17.06.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Serampore, Dist. Hooghly in connection with C.R. case no.349 of 2017.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to proceed with the present criminal revisional application as it has become infructuous due to subsequent orders were passed.

The private opposite party is present.

The revisional application being CRR 2553 of 2022 is become infructuous and accordingly disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court at once.
