1. Let the affidavit-of-service, as filed in Court, be kept on record.

2. The petitioner assails the acts of commission or omission of the financial institution being the respondent No.1 herein.

3. Bereft of such challenge, which, on a strict scrutiny, may not cross the hurdles of alternative and efficacious remedy, statutorily mandated before Debts Recovery Tribunal, the petitioner is willing to pay off dues to the tune of Rs. 6,00,000/- with an upfront payment.

4. Let such proposal be given by the petitioner by December 16, 2025 to the respondent No.1, who shall consider and dispose of such repayment proposal by December 24, 2025.

5. With the afore-stated observation, WPA 15337 of 2025 is disposed of. No order as to costs.
