The petitioners are participating in the forthcoming Panchayat Elections.

FIR Nos.22/2023, 132/2023, 133/2023, 10/2023, 11/2023, 12/2023, 153/2023, 190/2023, 79/2023, 84/2023, 93/2023, 96/2023, 94/2023 and 126/2023 are pending against them. 2.

Counsel for the State submits that there are no warrants pending against the petitioners in respect of the above cases.

In view of the similar orders being passed in number of cases, let no coercive steps be taken against any of the petitioners by the State Police in respect of the pending FIRs or any other proceedings that may be registered against them until 15th July, 2023.

The investigation in respect of any of the pending FIRs or that may be registered against the petitioners, may, however, be continued.

5.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.
