1. Considering the fact that an application for anticipatory bail filed by Banshi Barik was rejected by a coordinate bench on 13th February, 2024 in CRM (A) 466 of 2024 and the case of the present petitioner stands on the same footing and also considering the materials available in the case diary which revealed incriminating evidence against the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
