1. The proposal mooted by the petitioner for a one time settlement is being considered by the concerned Bank.

2. The Bank is directed to consider such proposal by February 6, 2026 and intimate the petitioner accordingly, by February 20, 2026.

3. With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

4. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. 5.Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on usual undertaking.
