The petitioners are participating in the forthcoming Panchayat Elections. There are two FIRs registered against them. The petitioners may have obtained bail in one of them.

In view of the similar orders being passed in number of cases, let no coercive measures be taken against any of the petitioners by the State Police in respect of the pending FIRs or any other proceedings that may be registered against them until 15th July, 2023. 3.

The investigation in respect of any of the pending FIRs or that may be registered against the petitioners, shall, however, continue.

The petitioners shall, however, communicate in writing to the Rajapur Police Station of their places of residences where they are normally available and their contact numbers.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
