For the Respondent No. 7 The petitioners seek to withdraw the writ petition and seek further liberty to submit a comprehensive representation before the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Joypur for redressal of their grievances.

In view of the same, the writ petition being W.P.A. 15830 of 2022 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Joypur by filing a representation ventilating their grievances.

There shall however, be no order as to costs.
