It has been further pointed out that the name of the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner was wrongly recorded as 'Mr. Sudhakar Nag' instead of 'Mr. Subhankar Nag'.

Let the aforesaid errors be rectified and let this order form part of the order dated July 11, 2025. Other portion of the order shall remain unaltered. (Hiranmay Bhattacharyya, J.)
