It is submitted that there is an inadvertent error inasmuch as WPA 16578 of 2021 had been tagged with another proceeding being IPDPTA 12 of 2024 pending in the Original Side. By an order dated 19th August, 2025, though this writ petition stood dismissed at the invitation of the petitioner, no formal order had been passed. In view of the above, this formal order dismissing the writ petition as withdrawn is passed.

WPA 16578 of 2021 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
