Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the private/opposite party reneged on the promise of marriage. State and the private/opposite party are represented. The jurisdictional Court granted bail on September 7, 2021 taking note of the prevailing situation due to ongoing pandemic. Considering the facts of the case, materials on record and the period of detention of the private/opposite party and the fact that the complaint centered around the allegations of renegation of promise to marry and no condition of bail being established to be violated by the private/opposite party, we are unable to cancel the bail granted in favour of the private/opposite party. CRM 6673 of 2021 is rejected.
