The petitioner has brought to the notice of this court certain observations which have gone down wrongly in the order.

The second paragraph of the order dated August 24, 2024 be deleted. In the third line of the last paragraph at page 1 of the order, after the word 'suit', the expression 'along with the pending application' be inserted.
