1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of CR Case No. 144 of 2023 now pending before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Contai, Purba Medinipur.

2. It appears that the case was registered in the year 2023 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. It is submitted that the case is still pending trial and several adjournments have been granted.

3. On hearing the Learned Counsel for the petitioner, the nature of relief prayed for, service in this case is dispensed with.

4. The revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Learned Magistrate shall make of endeavour to make dispose of CR Case No.144 of 2023 expeditiously, preferably within 6 (Six)months from the date of this order.

5. Let a copy of this order be sent to the Chief Judicial Magistrate Purba Midnapur, who shall also ensure that the matter is disposed of as directed.

6. CRR 2964 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

8. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
