It is pointed out that the mass representation dated 28.03.2018 in this regard is already pending before the respondent no. 3, District Magistrate, Murshidabad but no action has been taken.

Learned counsel for the State fairly submits that there is no objection in considering the mass representation.

Hence, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to consider the grievance of the petitioners raised in the representation dated 28.03.2018 and conduct an enquiry, if required, and take appropriate action in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of

three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
