Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record.

The petitioner No.2 is the candidate of the ensuing Panchayat Election and the petitioner No.1 is a supporter. There have been two incidents in which FIR have been registered.

3.

Proceeding under section 107 of the CrPC has been drawn by the concerned police against the petitioners.

4.

The petitioners apprehend that there may be cases registered against them at the instances of their vested interests.

5.

In those circumstances, let no coercive measures be taken against the petitioners by the Police in respect of the subject FIRs or any other FIRs that may be filed against the petitioners until 15th July, 2023.

6.

The petitioners shall be entitled to campaign freely.

7.

In the event of any obstruction, they may approach the Ashoke Nagar Police Station for necessary assistance. Police shall render all assistance in accordance with law.

8.

The writ petition is disposed of.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.

10.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
