This is an application wherein the petitioner has prayed for restoration of the application being CRR 2554 of 2022 in its original file after setting aside the order of dismissal on the ground of default dated 10th January, 2025.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the order in spirit speaks that the application was dismissed for default and as such, he prayed for restoration. He further submits that the matter is going to be settled amicably.

Learned counsel for the opposite party did not raise in the aforesaid submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and he also submits that the application was earlier dismissed for default which is required to be restored so that the matter can be settled. Having heard learned counsel for both the parties and considering the fact that both the parties agreed that the application being CRR 2554 of 2022 is to be restored in its

original file with original number, the prayer for restoration is allowed.

Let the application being CRR 2554 of 2022 be restored in its original file with original number after setting aside the order of dismissal passed by this court on 10th January, 2025. CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
