The writ petition is enclosed with the photostat copies of two notarized affidavits. The subject matter of one of such notary affidavit relates to payment of money for procuring job.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that no signed complaint was sent to the Thakurpukur Police Station, as such, police authorities could not take any steps.

Having considered the same, I direct that if the petitioner with proper complaint and documents in his custody approaches the concerned police station, the concerned police station would assess and ascertain the genuinity of the allegations and thereafter proceed in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16442 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
