The petitioner claims that the men and agents of the Axis Bank Limited are not adhering to the proper procedures for recovery of the due amount. On the contrary, they are causing harassment to the petitioner and his family members.

On a perusal of the writ petition, it appears that the petitioner did not ventilate his grievances before any superior authority challenging the acts and actions of the bank or any of its agents.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instance case, save and except observing that it will be open for the petitioner to raise his grievances before the competent forum in accordance with law for redressal of his grievances, if so advised.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
