The matter may be disposed of without service of notice upon the opposite party. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the accused/opposite party did not respond to summons issued by the learned Trial Court, warrant of arrest was issued against him vide an order passed on March 12, 2020. The matter is pending since then and has not proceeded any further.

In view of the above, the learned 6th Judicial Magistrate at Alipore is directed to exhaust all necessary measures for securing the attendance of the accused/ opposite party and dispose of the case being C.Case No. 3107 of 2019 pending before him as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. CRR No. 2593 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
