A direction to secure expeditious disposal of a Matrimonial Execution Case no. 04/2021 arising out of Matrimonial Suit No. 213 of 2015 pending before the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Barasat, is the ultimate relief sought for in this case.

No other point is raised requiring address by this Court.

In view of the nature of the order proposed to be made in the case, referred above, no prior notice is considered to be necessary.

Service upon the opposite party is thus dispensed with.

Accordingly, learned 1st Additional District Judge, Barasat in Matrimonial Execution Case no. 04/2021 arising out of Matrimonial Suit No. 213 of 2015 referred hereinabove, is requested to ensure expeditious disposal of the case, providing sufficient opportunity of hearing to either of the parties to this case, but without granting unnecessary adjournment,

unless it is extremely unavoidable.

Petitioner is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below as well as to the learned advocate appearing in the court below for the opposite party and the opposite party.

With this observation and direction, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Since refusal of the quantum of alimony pendente lite has been sought to be executed due to the failure of the opposite party to make payment as per order of the Court, the Court below may proceed with the disposal of the execution case expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings.
