Order of the learned Trial Judge records that the defence sought for time and the trial got adjourned.

Petitioner was enlarged on interim bail on the ground of delay of the trial.

Petitioner misutilised the interim bail granted. 4.
Petitioner stands implicated in murder.
5.
Continued enlargement of the petitioner on bail will be inimical to the trial.

In such circumstances, we cancel the interim bail granted. 7.
Petitioner will surrender forthwith. In default, appropriate steps be taken.

We are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner considering the materials on record, his conduct during interim bail and in the interest of early disposal of the trial. 9.
Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
10. CRM (DB) 1986 of 2024 is dismissed.
