Case No. 61 of 2022 arising out of Pandua P.S. Case No. 8 of 2022 dated 07.01.2022 under Sections 498A/406 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hooghly. As there is no representation on behalf of the State, Ms. Rita Datta, learned counsel present in Court is appointed to represent the State in the case.

Learned Public Prosecutor is requested to regularize her appointment.

Considering the nature of the prayer, the present revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order in accordance with law.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
