Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties and upon considering the materials on record, we are satisfied with the explanation given towards the inability of the petitioner to appear before the learned court below and to pray for regular bail in terms of the order dated 1st August, 2019 passed in CRM No. 6895 of 2019.

In view thereof, the present application, being CRAN 1 of 2019 [Old No.: CRAN 4037 of 2019] is disposed of directing the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below within ten days from date and to pray for regular bail.
