For the State The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Mirza Firoj Ahmed Begg, Learned Advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appearance may be regularised by the concerned authority.

The subject-matter of the revisional application relates to Haldia Women P.S. Case No. 80 of 2021. The case was registered under Section 342/323/354/354D/506/509 of the I.P.C. on the basis of the allegations of one Minati Khara.

I have considered the allegations made in the F.I.R. but the contents of the same are more disturbing which makes out the offence.

Having regard to the contents of the F.I.R., particularly with regard to the objectionable morphed pictures being sent from one mobile phone to another

mobile phone, I am of the opinion that a case has been made out for investigation. If the petitioner has his own story for being falsely implicated, the petitioner would be at liberty to take up the issue with the Investigating Agency. This Court will not interfere with the present proceedings. With the above observations, CRR 2408 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order, duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
