We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses and contemporaneous documents show recovery of narcotic substance above commercial quantity from the petitioner. Charge-sheet has already been filed and further investigation is in progress. Under such circumstances, petitioner is not entitled to bail either on merits or on the ground under Section 36(a)(iv) of NDPS Act.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
