Mr. Probal Mukherjee, sr. adv, Mr. Rajat Dutta .....for the Petitioners. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record. In spite of service, none appears to oppose this application.

This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff and is directed against an order dated 06.06.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 3rd Additional Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas in Ejectment Suit No.78 of 2013.

After some argument, Mr. Mukherjee, learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that a direction be passed upon the learned Trial Judge to dispose of the ejectment suit expeditiously.

From the order-sheet appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that date was fixed for framing of additional issues, but till date the additional issues have not been framed.

In the light of the submission made by the learned senior advocate for the petitioners, C.O. No.2254 of 2024 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 3rd Additional Court, Alipore, 24 Parganas (South) to make an endeavour to dispose of the Ejectment Suit No.78 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties keeping in mind the fact that the suit is pending from the year 2013.
