This application has been filed by the petitioners, whereby a compromise has been settled out of Court by and between the parties and hence, prays for passing appropriate order for effectuating the compromise.

In view of such compromise, petitioners have also filed an application for withdrawing of the complaint, which is pending before the learned Trial Court.

Heard the submission of the parties and considered the purpose for effecting the compromise and therefore, allowing the proceeding

pending before the learned Trial Court would be a futile effort without any purpose.

Accordingly, joint prayer made before this Court and the same is allowed.

Hence, CRAN 3 of 2026 stands disposed of.

In view of the compromise effectuated, the instant revisional application being, CRR 2594 of 2024 is hereby disposed of and the proceeding pending before the learned Additional Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas be quashed and set aside against the present petitioners.

Let the joint compromise petition be treated as part of this order and a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court for compliance.
