Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents in the case diary, particularly to the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the eye-witnesses. Considering the statements recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the eye-witnesses and considering the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. CRM 6680 of 2021 is dismissed.
