THE STATE OF WEST BENGAL The present criminal revisional application has been preferred against the inordinate delay in disposal of the proceeding being NDPS Case No.31 of 2019 in connection with Chinsurah PS Case no.319/2019 dated 25.09.2019 under Section 21(b)(ii)(c) of the NDPS Act pending before the Special Court-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Hooghly.

The present revisional application is for expeditious disposal of the case before the learned Trial Court.

None appears for either side.

Considering the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in the present case within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order, if not already disposed of.

The revisional application being CRR 2556 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court at once.
