3. Upon perusing an order dated 29th April 2025 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Calcutta in Misc. C. Case No. 57 of 2024 it appears that this complaint is not rejected upon considering the merits, but it was rejected on the ground that the Court does not have the territorial jurisdiction to entertain the petition.

4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, nothing remains in the application to be decided.

5. The petitioner is at liberty to file complaint before the Court having jurisdiction.

6. The instant application is disposed of.
