Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of Panskura P.S. Case No.498 of 2025 dated 02.06.2025 having been registered for investigation, no steps were taken.

State has submitted a report which reflects that on conclusion of investigation of the said case, investigating agency has submitted charge-sheet in connection with the said case against the private respondents.

Having regard to the fact that investigation of the case is already over, petitioner would ventilate her grievance before the jurisdictional court in seisin of the issue. Since there is a dispute which has its genesis in a property dispute, I direct that the police authorities would keep surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results because

of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 15428 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
