By an order dated 5th December, 2024 the revisional application being CRR 1939 of 2019 got dismissed for default. Thereafter the petitioner filed one restoration application being CRAN 3 of 2024, which also got dismissed by the order dated 16th January, 2025.

Mr. Dan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2 prays for a direction for returning the lower court records before the Trial Court.

In such view of the matter, let lower court records be returned to the concerned court at once.
