Case No. 19 of 2014 in connection with Bhadresewar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2009 dated 13.04.2019 under Sections 302/120B/379 of the Indian Penal Code.

As none appears for the petitioners since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected application, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
