Mr. Mastafa, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous in view of the petitioner being transferred from his original place of employment i.e. Barrackpore to Pundua.

He further submits that he has already vacated the premises allotted to him in Barrackpore. 3.

Since the writ petition has become infructuous, the same is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
