Report submitted by the Officer-in-Charge, Muchipara PS dated 14th June, 2023 through the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record. The report is enclosed with a communication of the Official Trustee of West Bengal. Vacant premises and peaceful possession of the premises had been handed over and the Official Trustee is in possession at present of the property concerned. The Official Trustee being the complainant filed an application for compounding of the offence before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta in connection with the present case being Muchipara P. S. Case No. 115 of 2019. The offences are under Sections 448/434/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Since the complainant do not intend to proceed with the case and is satisfied with the subsequent change of circumstances, I am of the view that further proceedings arising out of Muchipara P. S. Case No.115 of 2019 dated 27th June, 2019 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 19th Court, Calcutta be hereby quashed.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2557 of 2022 is disposed of.
