1. This application under Article of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, 1st Court, Contai, Purba Medinipore, to dispose of the Title Suit No.87 of 2001 expeditiously.

2. After going through the order sheets appended to this revisional application, this Court finds that service upon all the defendants is not yet complete as 13th of August, 2025 has been fixed for service return of the defendant no.14. Since the suit is not ready for hearing, this Court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage.

3. With the above observations, CO 2459 of 2025 stands disposed of.

4. Parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties on compliance of necessary formalities.
