Petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the proceedings relating to M.P. Case No.390 of 2012 under Section 145 Cr.P.C. is progressing before the learned SubDivisional Magistrate, Basirhat. In view of the proceedings commencing in the year 2012, I direct that the Executive Magistrate to complete and conclude the proceedings within a year form the next date so fixed or in the alternative, drop the proceedings. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2410 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
