Inadvertent typographical errors had crept in the judgment dated 2nd July, 2025.

In the second line at page 2 of the judgment dated 2nd July, 2025, the words 'on 21.02.2023' be read as 'on 21.02.2013'. Furthermore, in the fifth line of sixth paragraph at page 3 of the said judgment, the words 'arising out of the services of the deceased employee' be read as 'arising out of the service of the female deceased employee'. 3.

Other portions of the judgment shall remain the same. 4.

Corrected certified copy of the judgment be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
