Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner 28.07.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.96 Rakib presently is aggrieved as she is unable to construct the boundary wall because of the resistance of the private respondents.

It has been brought to the notice of this Court by the learned advocate appearing for the State as well as the private respondents that the same issue was canvassed in WPA 10294 of 2025. The copy of the said order passed on 19.05.2025 by this Court has been brought to the notice of this Court.

Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State is taken on record.

Having regard to the fact that earlier on the selfsame subject matter another writ petition was preferred and direction has been passed, I am not inclined to interfere on the selfsame cause of action in another writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 15400 of 2025 is dismissed.

Certified copy of the order passed by this Court in WPA 10294 of 2025 submitted by learned advocate for the private respondent is kept with the record. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
