Samim, learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that the School Education Department (Elementary Branch) has modified the impugned notice dated March 04, 2013 by a subsequent notification being Memo No. 323-SED13037/69/2024-ELEMN SEC, dated September 04, 2024 and as a result, the grievance of the petitioners has already been resolved, he files copy of the subsequent notification, let it be kept with the record.

In view of such development, no order need be passed in this matter.

WPA 16397 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
