In view of the report of the Stamp Reporter that the instant appeal is not maintainable before this Court in view of provisions laid down under Section 21(1)(a) of the Bengal, Agra and Assam, Civil Court (West Bengal Amendment) Act, 2000, this appeal is dismissed for want of jurisdiction. We have not gone into the merits of the matter.
