Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that he is unable to construct the boundary wall as the same is resisted by the private respondents. Learned advocate for the private respondents submit that there is a status quo order passed by the Civil Court which is till date subsisting, as the nature and character of the property cannot be changed pursuant to the Civil Court's order, petitioner is not entitled to make any construction.

Learned advocate for the State submits that police authorities have kept a strict vigil over the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. Petitioner complains that he is in possession of different property, if he is restrained by the private

respondents petitioner will approach the Jurisdictional Civil Court for appropriate remedy.

In the meantime police authorities would ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility or any other untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16477 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
