It is submitted on behalf of the opposite party/ husband that the matter has already been settled out of Court and the petitioner and the opposite party have filed an application under 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The said consented decree of divorce was also allowed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, 7th Court, Barasat, North 24-Parganas on 16.2.2018 in Matrimonial Suit No. 1701 of 2017. So, she is not interested to proceed with the case. The case may be dismissed.

Let CRR 2256 of 2016 is dismissed for default.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Court below for information.
